For orders to international addresses, it is USD$30.

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want to make sure your shopping experience is enjoyable. If you are not satisfied with your frames, you may return the merchandise for a refund of the frame. Unless it is our fault in producing the prescriptions lens, we will refund 50% of the prescription lens and the optional features (such as anti-reflective lens and progressive lens) because those lens were customized for you and cannot be sold again. For any frames returned with complimentary prescription lens, there is a charge of $10 for the lens -- again, for the same reason that the lens are customized for you and cannot be sold again. If you did not order prescription lenses, you will be given a 100% refund of your product less any shipping charges. All return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. GLAM Eyewear does not pay for cost of returning the customer’s order(s). Please email us with your invoice number indicating that will be returning your ordering and include a print out your original order with your return. This will help us know who you are. You can print a copy of your order by logging into your account.

For example, if your order was shipped on May 1, 2007, you must have your return postmarked on or before May 30, 2007. Make sure to send back all original materials included with the merchandise. All original product materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets must be returned with the merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for items that were removed of stickers, labels, Universal Product Code (UPC) labels. Returned items must be returned in the original condition in order to receive your refund. We cannot process your exchange if the conditions above are not satisfied. |
